Ms. Wendy A. Beck served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., and NCL Corporation Ltd. from September 2010 to March 5, 2018.  She served as Principal Accounting Officer of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. She served as the Chief Financial Officer at NCL (Bahamas) Ltd., A Bermuda Company. She was responsible for all aspects of Norwegian Cruise Line's financial disciplines including finance, treasury, accounting, corporate and capital planning, internal audit, purchasing and investor relations. She joined Norwegian Cruise Line in September 2010 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer.

Previously, Ms. Beck served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Domino's Pizza, Inc. from May 2008 to September 2010. She also served as Principal Accounting Officer of Domino's Pizza Inc. until August 20, 2010. At Domino's Pizza, she oversaw all aspects of finance including public company disclosers, accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, risk management and internal audit.

She has more than 20 years of experience in finance, tax and treasury. She served as the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Whataburger Restaurants LP from May 2004 to April 2008 and served as its Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer from August 2001 to April 2004.

Ms. Beck possesses particular knowledge and experience in accounting, finance, strategic planning, and leadership of other major corporations.

She was also employed at Checkers Drive-In Restaurants, Inc. from 1993 to July 2001, serving as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from 2000 to July 2001.

Her experience in finance - particularly tax - also includes six years at Lincare Holdings from 1987 to 1993.

She has been Director of Bloomin' Brands, Inc. since February 2018. She has been an Independent Director of At Home Group Inc. since September 2014. She served as a Director of SpartanNash Company from October 14, 2010 to November 19, 2013. She served as a Director of Spartan Stores Inc. since October 14, 2010. She served on the board of directors of the Women's Food Service Forum, the Texas State Aquarium, the USS Lexington and the Corpus Christi Symphony Orchestra. Ms. Beck received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida. She has been a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida since 1992.
