Stephen Capo has been a floor broker on the N.Y.S.E for over 35 years . Prior to joining Tigress Financial Partners as the Head of Floor Operations, he held that same position and title at BCS America’s and Jefferies. Mr. Capo was also a member of the Board of Alliance of Floor Brokers. He was appointed to many N.Y.S.E committees, including E-Broker, Technology Planning Oversight, Hybrid Market and The Point of Sale Committee. During his tenure at the N.Y.S.E, Mr. Capo served as a Floor Official ( from 2001 – 2005 ) a Senior Floor Official (from 2005-2008 ). He was then appointed as a Floor Governor and Executive Floor Governor ( from 2008-20021). He also holds a FINRA Series 7 and 63 Licenses.
